Clubs across the country continue to show that good governance is at the heart of sustainable growth, participation, and community impact. 

This month Football Australia and its Member Federations are recognising clubs that have gone above and beyond in strengthening their structures, leadership, and commitment to their members.

Football TAS – South Hobart FC

South Hobart FC has been named Football Tasmania’s Club Changer of the Month after achieving 2 Star recognition in 2025. The club has seen a 160% increase in junior female participation since 2023, while also updating their Strategic Plan, introducing a Member Protection Information Officer, and implementing new wellbeing and safeguarding policies.
