Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
 - 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1 cup frozen mango
 - 80g vanilla protein powder
 - 1 tsp vanilla
 - 10 medjool dates
 - 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
 - 2 tbsp coconut oil
 - 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
 - extra desiccated coconut (for rolling)
 
Method
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Deseed the medjool dates, melt the coconut oil and finely chop the macadamia nuts.
 - Combine all ingredients (except macadamia nuts) into a food processor and blend until the mixture forms.
 - Add mixture to a bowl and stir through chopped macadamia nuts.
 - Roll mixture into balls (about a tsp in size) and coat with coconut.
 - Store in a container in the freezer.
 - Enjoy at them at home or take them on the road!
