The fixtures and broadcast details for the National Para Football Championships 2025 have been confirmed, as the finest para footballers from across Australia prepare to showcase their skills.
Running from Monday, 8 December to Friday, 12 December, the Home of the Matildas in Bundoora, Victoria, will host this year’s tournament. The state-of-the-art facility will provide the perfect backdrop as players look to impress selectors and stake their claim for future CommBank ParaMatildas and CommBank Pararoos squads.
Every match will be available live and free on the Football Australia YouTube channel, complete with commentary for fans watching from home.
This year marks the first time the Championships will be staged at the Home of the Matildas, offering athletes access to world-class pitches, facilities and support spaces that elevate the tournament experience and promote an inclusive, high-performance environment.
With both national teams having completed their major 2025 international campaigns, the Championships provide a crucial opportunity to identify emerging talent and begin shaping the squads for 2026 and beyond.
Five teams will take part in the 2025 edition, with Football West, Football Victoria, Football Queensland, Football NSW and Northern NSW Football each fielding sides in the mixed-gender competition.

Football NSW enters the tournament as reigning champions, having secured a remarkable sixteenth consecutive title last year in a fiercely contested final against Football West. Their sustained dominance sets up a compelling storyline as the chasing pack looks to close the gap in Bundoora.
Teams will arrive on Monday, 8 December for a training and recovery day before the Group Stage opens on Tuesday, 9 December. Ten group-stage fixtures will see each team face every opponent once before finals positions are confirmed. The tournament will conclude on Friday, 12 December, with the Bronze Medal Match followed by the Gold Medal Match.
The National Para Football Championships remain a key pillar of Football Australia’s para football pathway, providing players with high-quality match minutes, national-level visibility and a competitive environment that supports long-term athlete development.
Football Australia thanks the Member Federations, partners, coaches, staff, volunteers and the broader para football community whose dedication and passion make the Championships possible.
