Football Australia has concluded an investigation into the conduct of a second identified spectator in attendance at the Australia Cup 2022 Final held at CommBank Stadium in Sydney on 1 October 2022.
The spectator in question has today been issued with a lifetime ban from attending Football Australia-sanctioned football matches including all NPL, A-Leagues, Australia Cup, and National Team matches.

National Volunteer of the Year 2023 was awarded to Amanda Kapsaskis during this year’s Female Football Week for her outstanding commitment to the Edgeworth Junior Football Club in Northern NSW.

Football Federation Australia (FFA) today announced that former Adelaide United player Ken Ilso Larsen has been suspended for 2 years under its National Anti-Doping Policy.
FFA has found that Mr Larsen committed the following violation of the National Anti-Doping Policy: presence of the prohibited substance Benzoylecgonine (metabolite of Cocaine).
FFA has imposed a period of suspension of 2 years, to run from the date of Mr Larsen’s provisional suspension which commenced on 21 March 2019. His suspension will expire on 21 March 2021.
