CommBank Junior Matildas Squad Update: 22nd October 2026
CommBank Junior Matildas goalkeeper Alyse Oppedisano has sustained an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during training and will take no further part in the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
With the continued support of Football Australia and Sydney FC, Oppedisano will depart camp to commence her rehabilitation, with her focus now turning to the road ahead.
We wish Alyse all the very best in her recovery.
